Market professionals and researchers wishing to contribute are invited to submit their work, according to the following themes:

Authors should note the following:

• Abstracts and full papers can be prepared in Portuguese, Spanish or English.
• For submissions in Portuguese or Spanish, an English version of the abstract is required.
• Only original work, relating to the themes of the event will be accepted.
• All submissions will be peer reviewed, and acceptance is subject to the recommendation of the reviewers, the registration of the author and the opinion of the Scientific Committee
• It is mandatory the registration of at least one of the authors, for the work to be published in the Proceedings.

The submission of abstracts should be done electronically via LARES Conference Management System.

It is not necessary to prepare the ABSTRACT in a document (MS-Word for example) to submit it. Just register at the  LARES Conference Management System da LARES as ‘Author’, and fill in the fields with the information in your submission, following the steps below:

Papers written in English:

After registering at the LARES Conference Management System as ‘Author’, proceed with the followiing steps:

1. With the field “Language of Form” selected in “Portuguese (Brazil)” or “Spanish”, complete the ABSTRACT and TITLE of the article in the appropriate fields (in Spanish or Portugese);
2. BEFORE you click “Save & Continue”, change the “Language of Form” to “English”;
3. Rewrite the title and summary of the article in its translated version into English in the appropriate fields;
4. Click “Save & Continue” to proceed and complete the process.

[learn_more caption=”INSTRUCTIONS FOR FORMATTING AND SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPERS“]

The event Proceedings will be published in electronic media, including the full version of all the papers presented. It is therefore extremely important that the digital version of your article be prepared in accordance with the instructions below.

The reviewers appointed by the Scientific Committee will have available at the conference management system, electronic copies of each article to the corresponding review. The work can be accepted, subject to revision by the authors for their final acceptance and inclusion in the Proceedings, or rejected.

The article may be written in Portuguese, English or Spanish, according to the template available HERE

The template contains all the formatting required to prepare the final manuscript.

The Portuguese or Spanish translation of the title, Summary and Keywords, for authors who prepare the article in English is required.

It is recommended that the article does not exceed 15 pages in total. Exceptions are allowed and will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, if necessary. The full paper should be submitted in MS Word file (doc format) or its version in PDF Articles via the LARES submission system.

Once the full article is ready to be submitted, proceed with the following steps:

1. Please login to the system
2. Click on “Author”
3. Click on “Awaiting upload”
4. Upload your full paper.

The plenary sessions include the participation of national and international speakers.

The Conference Program can be downloaded HERE.
Please note that the event schedule is updated constantly.

The organization reserves the right to substitute any speaker, and make changes to the schedule of sessions, if necessary. In case of cancellation of the event, participants will be notified immediately and, only in this case there will be a commitment to return the fees already paid.

Notes:

(a) LARES Members may enroll in this category. Members of partner organizations and sisters Real Estate Societies affiliated to IRES (ARES, ERES, etc), are also entitled to this category of registration.
(b) Only authors (or co-authors) of papers accepted for presentation are entitled to enrollment in this category. At least one author must register for the event, to have their work published in the Proceedings.

Teachers and students of postgraduate courses directly related to the real estate issues should contact the event organizers to verify the possibility of granting discounts.
Special discounts can be given for subscription of the same company or entity groups.

Registration conditions – please read carefully

Registration is individual and valid for all days of the event, with no sign-up option for specific sessions.

All registration categories are entitled to: participation in the sessions, certificate, Proceedings, bag with event materials, coffee-breaks during the event.

The costs of individual transport of participants during the event is not included.

The registration fee will not be refunded in case of impossibility of attendance. However, substitution by other person may be made, provided that the advance notified of the event organization.

The organization reserves the right to substitute any speaker, and to make changes in the schedule of sessions, if necessary. In case of cancellation of the event, participants will be notified immediately and, only in this case there will be a commitment to refund the fees already paid.
